During this season, we indulge and spend a lot more time in cars, planes, and couches sitting. It challenges our will to stay on track with our health goals. So yes, it’s acceptable to reward yourself for another year of hard work. And then don’t beat yourself up for your exercise schedule not being perfect during the holidays. Some days you come to class. Other days you walk around the block, zoom into class, and other times you have me send you a Tabata while travelling. You got this!
